自吸泵与增压泵的区别
自吸泵包括增压泵,但增压泵不一定属于自吸泵。自吸泵与增压泵的区别就是自吸泵具有自吸和增压的功能、而增压泵是只具有增压的功能、它没有自吸能力、必须要水能流到泵里面来才能起到增压的作用。
换句话说:自吸泵可以用来增压,但增压泵不能替代自吸泵。
二、分析
区分自吸泵和增压泵之前,要对自吸泵和增压泵的定义重复一下。
1、自吸泵
是指**次灌水后,以后再使用就无需再次灌水即可启动运行,自吸泵是否自吸要看停机后叶轮是否浸入水中,自吸泵就是因为有独特的泵腔结构而可以保证每次停机后叶轮都可以浸入水中才保证了其自吸;
自吸泵:适用于清水、海水及带有酸、碱度的化工介质液体和带有一般糊状的浆料。可和任何型号、规格的压滤机配套使用,将浆料送给压滤机时进行压滤的*理想配套泵种。
2、增压泵
是泛指能对管路的液体进行提供额外压力的泵的统称,并不指某一种类型的泵,增压泵可以是管道泵、离心泵、污水泵、自吸泵、多级泵等类型泵。如果要让非自吸式的增压泵达到自吸效果(泵位于水池上方),可以在泵的吸入口加装底阀即可。
增压泵用途主要有:热水器增压用、高楼低水压、桑拿浴、洗浴等加压用、公寓*上层水压不足的加压、太阳能自动增压、反渗透净水器增压用等。
三、自吸泵与增压泵的区别,何时选择自吸增压泵比较好?
下列情况尽量选择自吸式结构的增压泵以提高使用性或安全性:
1、泵位于水池(装液体的设备)上方;
2、所抽液体有毒或有异味;
3、温度较高(温度过高会影响自吸高度)。
四、增压泵和自吸泵区别具体在哪里?
**、两个泵都是可以增压,一个是管道中间的水位高于泵体的(增压泵)一个是管道中间的水位低于泵体的(自吸泵)**不要在自来水管线上直接装自吸泵,有可能会把水表的玻璃吸碎的。
第二、如果水没有断流情况可以使增压泵,如果经常断流就要准备个容器了(水池、水罐等),容器上可以装排水管就还可以使增压泵,不能装排水管就只能装自吸泵。
增压泵是在自吸泵的基础上安装了恒压装置。也就是说能够保持水管内水压保持一个相对平均的压力,但是因为结构简单,控制起来不是很好用,容易把水泵烧掉。
Difference between self priming pump and booster pump
Self priming pump includes booster pump, but booster pump does not necessarily belong to self priming pump. The difference between the self-priming pump and the booster pump is that the self-priming pump has the functions of self-priming and pressurization, while the booster pump only has the function of pressurization. It has no self-priming capacity. It can only play the role of pressurization when water can flow into the pump.
In other words: the self-priming pump can be used to pressurize, but the booster pump cannot replace the self-priming pump.
2、 Analysis
Before distinguishing between self-priming pump and booster pump, repeat the definition of self-priming pump and booster pump.
1. Self priming pump
It means that after the first water filling, the self-priming pump can be started without water filling again. Whether the self-priming pump is self-priming depends on whether the impeller is immersed in the water after the shutdown. The self-priming pump can ensure that the impeller can be immersed in the water after each shutdown because of its unique pump cavity structure;
Self priming pump
Self priming pump: suitable for clear water, sea water, chemical medium liquid with acid and alkalinity and slurry with general paste. It can be used with filter press of any model and specification. It is the most ideal matching pump for pressure filtration when the slurry is sent to the filter press.
2. Booster pump
It generally refers to the pumps that can provide additional pressure for the liquid in the pipeline. It does not refer to a certain type of pump. Booster pumps can be pipeline pumps, centrifugal pumps, sewage pumps, self-priming pumps, multi-stage pumps and other types of pumps. If you want to make the non self-priming booster pump achieve self-priming effect (the pump is located above the pool), you can install a bottom valve at the suction port of the pump.

The booster pump is mainly used for water heater pressurization, high-rise buildings with low water pressure, sauna, bathing and other pressurization, pressurization with insufficient water pressure on the top floor of the apartment, solar automatic pressurization, reverse osmosis water purifier pressurization, etc.
3、 The difference between self-priming pump and booster pump. When is it better to choose self-priming booster pump?
The booster pump with self-priming structure shall be selected as far as possible to improve usability or safety in the following cases:
1. The pump is located above the pool (equipment containing liquid);
2. The liquid pumped is poisonous or has peculiar smell;
3. High temperature (too high temperature will affect the self-priming height).
4、 What is the difference between booster pump and self-priming pump?
First, both pumps can be pressurized. One is that the water level in the middle of the pipeline is higher than the pump body (booster pump) and the other is that the water level in the middle of the pipeline is lower than the pump body (self-priming pump). It is best not to install a self-priming pump directly on the tap water pipeline, which may break the glass of the water meter.
Second, if the water is not cut off, the booster pump can be used. If the water is often cut off, a container (pool, water tank, etc.) should be prepared. If the container can be equipped with a drain pipe, the booster pump can also be used. If the drain pipe cannot be installed, the self-priming pump can only be installed.
Booster pump is a constant pressure device installed on the basis of self-priming pump. That is to say, it can keep the water pressure in the water pipe at a relatively average pressure, but because of its simple structure, it is not easy to control, so it is easy to burn the water pump.
