生态河道治理是什么?

生态河道治理是指在河道陆域控制线内,在满足防洪、排涝及引水等河道基本功能的基础上,通过人工修复措施促进河道水生态系统恢复,构建健康、完整、稳定的河道水生态系统的活动。
